Air cleaner (that eliminates chemical fumes and odor). Looking to purchase. Need recommendations.?

I have a Sign company and do Silk Screening from time to time. The chemicals for this have a strong odor. I would like to know if there is an air cleaner on the market that will eliminate the odor. If not eliminate it, reduce it.
